Ravenstone sells unique jewelry, thoughtfully curated gifts, and natural wonders to statement-seeking customers, deepening their connection to the everyday magic around them.

Background

Ravenstone came to us with a successful Etsy business, looking to expand their digital and physical footprint by building out a branded ecommerce site and brick-and-mortar space simultaneously. While Ravenstone had a strong understanding of their brand, they needed an equally strong visual identity to communicate it, which is where we stepped in.

The Solution

Beginning with a solid brand and a single existing mark, we expanded the brand identity to include color, type, pattern, and alternate marks.

Before delving into the specifics of the identity, we collaborated with Ravenstone founders to articulate their vision into a clear brand statement and crafted the almost elemental tagline: "Everyday Magic."

Building upon this foundation, we expanded from a monochrome black to a rich, multi-hued color palette inspired by the natural spaces central to their core offerings. We then extended this palette to typography, patterns, a refined wordmark, and everything in between.

The Outcome

The outcome was a cohesive and compelling brand identity for Ravenstone that captured the "everyday magic" they offer and resonated with their statement-seeking customer base.
